Garth is a Bear at Woodbadge

Day 2 is over. no call from Garth. But I did get a text from injured Billy! He hurt his ankle and came down to civilization. He let me know that Garth is doing fine. I told him to Kiss Garth – but he said he will only give him a hug. I certainly do miss my Garth!!

So FYI – Garth and I met January 2003. We started dating February 23, 2003 and we saw each other everyday until his first trip to NYC for a job interview without me in Dec 2009. Then we moved to Utah. Then he got a new job Dec 2010 that has him traveling away from us but we still call, chat, or txt each other frequently daily. And we FaceTime at least once everyday when he is out of town. That brings us to this trip. It is the first time He has gone OFF GRID! No communication! First time in 9 years and 7 months. I MISS HIM SO MUCH! I’m a big baby! I know it’s for a good cause. I know he will come home trained and ready to take on the scouting world. But I still miss him!! Sweet Gracie comforted me tonight – she is such a kind spirit! She prayed for me in her personal prayer too. Im off to sleep now. Caught up on blogging. Tired. And I’m almost 1/2 done with the week.
