she slept all day but still feels yucky! She ate some top roman. Then went back to bed.
Emi woke up around 5 coughing and gagging. So I picked her up so she wouldn’t throw up on her bedding. So she threw up all the front of me. Which was great! I didn’t have to clean up the bed or floor. So I showered. Then she threw up again every 20 minutes until 6. She was so content. She would say “more” before she would throw up. So we would run into the bathroom. Then she would say “all done” and give a huge smile. She is a trooper! It’s 10:38 now and she is a floppy noodle watching TV on my lap. Poor girl.
Last night I took a picture of her…if you look close she is smiling in her misery.
We have a large famLEA tribe!
Full of Chiefs! And lots of Indian Children. Up to this point Chief Joy has been in charge and all abide orders. But with Chief Joy sick with Stomach Flu mid-reunion we have come to realize all the work and responsibility she takes on! We have found ourselves in a huge need of responsibilities to be distributed among the forming tribe families.
Saturday we will have one of our first “Tribal Leader” Planning Meeting to help our next reunion be a success. I’ll let you know how it goes :) each Tribe famLEA sends their representative to speak in a tribal circle with Elder Chief Joy and Jim. Hopefully this helps all voices to be heard in the common language of “Lea” tongue.
We started off the day with a great swimming session!! Then ate lunch. My girls, JD, and I headed to my house for quiet time & play. We came back for Dinner and Park adventure with grandpa! After Park we took turns playing Wii Dance Dance. First in PJs gets to play first. And everyone got one turn, but most danced the whole time! Stories by Afton (wide mouth frog) for Ainsley, JD, and Simon in room #2. I read the first chapter to Gracie, Eliot, Afton & Cassidy of “Ribsy” by Judy Bloom. All are asleep. The last one to wake up will be the first one to play Wii.
I miss you! You are so good to me and I miss cuddling with you. I don’t sleep well when you are so far away. I love you and will see you soon!! Very very very soon!!

Trisha’s brother let us swim in his pool all afternoon! It was a blast!! All the cousins had a great time and ended the evening off with a game of kickball.
Afton read Little Women to Gracie & Ainsley for quiet time. Ains fell asleep. Gracie and Afton drew pictures.
we felt the spirit! Carrie told a story about a little boy jumping in and out of temple grounds who felt the spirit. The girls and I sang One Clear Voice

3:00AM Garth woke up and we headed to the airport to fly to SanFran. I forgot to put on my glasses. NOT gOOd.
5:00am I arrived home safely. Angles watching over!

Today Garth was set apart by the entire congregation as the First Councilor in the Bishopric of the San Destin Ward in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This means:
-he will sit on the stand at church during Sacrament meeting.
-he runs the up & down buttons for the podium
-he has meetings on Sunday & probably Tuesday
-he will be overseeing the youth programs (ages 14-16 years old).
-he will be set apart as a High Priest by his father on August 7
-he will assist Bishop Bayne in all ways possible.
-we, our famBEE of five, will receive lots of extra blessings for his volunteer service in the church.
I am very excited!! I have seen the Lord’s hand in our lives over the last few months and am blessed to be married to an amazing man!! I love you Garth and our family supports you in your new calling and adventure!
Garth says, “moving day is like Christmas, but a lot more hard work and heavy lifting!”
We hired Jeff’s Personal Touch moving crew to help load & unload. $25 per hour per guy. It was worth every penny!! They are amazing and strong and work hard and don’t complain and got the entire job done so fast!! Piano took the longest! But they unload the storage in 27 minutes onto the 26 Penske truck and unloaded into the house in 45 minutes. Another hour and all was in place upstairs and Down. It was AMAZING! remember in Utah. I sold all my furniture. Well I craigslisted this stealer deal!! Table with 2 store-inside leaves. And 6 chairs. Only $200!
They wanted $550. I told them all I had was $200. Which is honestly all I had! They said no Way at 8:00am. I said call me if you change your mind. They called back at 10:30 and said come and get it.
It is beautiful!!! Worth way more!! I think I will keep it forever!
Then she took pity on me and my 3 girls. She gave us a full bed too for free! Great Day for the Braithwaites!
